How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Profile tab, tap "Delete my account and data" at the bottom and confirm. Your birth details, chart, journal, room memberships and profile photo are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
How do I fix my birth details?
Profile → Edit birth details. After saving, your chart and your room compatibility scores are recalculated.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. Enter the code we email you in the app to set a new password. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
I don't know my birth time
No problem. Choose "I don't know". The Rising sign and houses are not shown, everything else works.
How do I join a room?
Tap the invite link from your friend or enter the 6-character code under Us → Join a room. A room holds up to 8 people.
I want to see or delete my data
You can edit and delete it inside the app. For any other request (such as access or correction under data protection law), write to us.
